Now Who's Attending

Operation 4-Heroes
Charity Day of Play in honor of Sgt. First Class Isaac Lawson

The Armed Force Family and the CEPP Family are proud to announce our Charity Day of Play on Saturday, June 26th, 2010 in honor of Sgt. First Class Isaac "Shawn" Lawson and the Operation 4-Heroes Project.

We will be hosting a kingmanKingman One on One Pistol Challenge, raffles, barbeque lunch and multiple family activities, and of course our traditional CEPP "ATTACK AND DEFEND" games. Just like last year, 100% of the net proceeds from the raffle, bbq lunch, One on One challenge, and a percentage of the net proceeds from Saturday's entries will go to the Operation 4-Heroes Project.

armySergeant First Class Isaac "Shawn" Lawson was a native Sacramentoan, and attended Elk Grove High School. He had 11 years of exemplary service with the United States Army, before retiring with an honorable discharge. guardApparently retirement didn't sit well with the father of three, because he quickly signed up to join the California Army National Guard. It was on a tour of Iraq with his Guard unit that Sgt. First Class Lawson was killed in action, on June 5, 2006. He was set to return to his wife and children in September.

statueOperation 4-Heroes is a great organization whose mission is to create a memorial park near Travis AFB in honor of SGT First Class Lawson and the other great servicemen and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our wonderful nation. Please help us help them reach their goal to create the statue. A statue which will be the centerpiece of this beautiful park that will not only serve as a reminder of all that these brave servicemen and women have given, but as a place for the rest of the community to appreciate all that they have received.

Donations will be accepted at Capital Edge Paintball Park every weekend up to the 26th and on the day of the event as well.

Did we mention the raffle? So are you wondering what kind of new toys might be raffled off? Well, how about:
  • 2010 Ego (courtesy of Bart and Jo Yachimec and team Edmonton Impact)
  • 2 full Tippman setups (courtesy of Predator Paintball)
  • Valken SW-1 marker (courtesy of Valken Paintball)
  • Chaser 11mm guns from Kingman
  • Tanks
  • NXE gear bags
  • packs
  • masks
  • jerseys
  • pants
  • backpacks
  • and much more.
AND 100% of the proceeds from the raffle go towards Operation 4-Heroes.

This promises to be an event you won't want to miss. Come out and show your support for the Heroes who gave all.

Hope to see everyone there Later
